Terms and Conditions for Costelly

1. General

These terms apply to the use of Costelly, a SaaS platform developed and operated by ArgeIT ApS, which automates supplier invoice collection and cost price tracking for e-commerce businesses. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of the Service

Costelly enables users to:

  • Receive supplier invoices via dedicated inboxes

  • Automatically extract SKU-level cost prices

  • Track historical cost prices

  • Get alerts on price changes

  • Export data via CSV or API (based on plan)

This service is designed to simplify purchasing cost management for webshops.

3. User Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. ArgeIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of terms.

4. Subscription Terms

Costelly offers multiple pricing tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise), each with specific invoice and supplier limits.

  • Payments are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

  • You can cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • We may update pricing or terms with 30 days’ notice via email.

  • Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be disabled.

5. Usage-Based Costs

Each invoice processed incurs a backend cost included in your plan limits. Exceeding limits may require a plan upgrade or additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Disclaimer

Costelly is offered “as is.” We strive for accuracy and uptime, but make no guarantees for uninterrupted access or flawless parsing. ArgeIT is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on data provided by the platform.
